Characteristics of an ENTJ
(E) Extraverted - (N) Intuitive - (T) Thinking - (J) Judging
The masters of change, ENTJs see what needs to be done and have the wherewithal to get on and do it, often taking harsh or courageous decisions even against the grain - the ENTJ has no problems bucking authority, indeed they’d secretly (or perhaps not so secretly), relish it! Rarely intimidated or feeling out of their depth, the ENTJ is always looking at ways of doing it better and in so doing increasing their own store of knowledge and experience.
The ENTJ is actually very friendly, outgoing and with bags of energy and enthusiasm, they like (indeed need), to be in the thick of it - although not in a subordinate role but leading the charge. Organised, productive with high willpower, determination and an intense need to be constantly ‘on the go,’ the ENTJ will not sit back and see what life brings but will proactively go and make it happen, having a restless and unquenchable desire to fill the unforgiving minute.
This particular trait means that the ENTJ is often difficult to push off-course one they have determined the route of action. Any deviation would have to be eloquently and robustly argued and even then may not be enough to turn the juggernaut around - so bent on the goal and determined is it to get there. If you want to find the ENTJ then go where the action is - and you’ll probably find they’re leading it!

ENTJ Relationships
- Robust
- Challenging
- Direct
- Argumentative
- Outgoing
- Friendly
- Difficult to budge
- Persuasive
- Takes charge

- Confident
- Speak their minds

- Think things through by speaking them out
No-one will be in any doubt where they stand with an ENTJ but may find their directness and honesty almost bone-jarring in it’s rawness and more gentle types may struggle with that level of intensity. The ENTJ is also built to get over disappointments and so, whilst the other person may be still reeling or considering the issues, the ENTJ will have moved on, not harbouring grudges but already in the middle of the next big issue.

ENTJs naturally take charge and will want to lead form the front. This does not mean that they can’t delegate but they will want to be involved and will happily confront, challenge and cajole. They will take such a personal interest in their company, department or team and will need to be allowed to be hands-on when required. There is a patriarchal nature to the ENTJ which will see them praise and admonish in equal measure. They create performance driven environments where people want to succeed. The ENTJ feels the need to verbalise their thinking and often their feelings so that no-one is any doubt what’s on their minds. They love verbal sparring, robust debate and a good old argument.

The ENTJ will shape the way in which team effort is applied and direct attention to the setting of objectives. They will seek to impose some shape or pattern on group discussion and on the outcome of group activities. The ENTJ is challenging, pushy, task-focused, outgoing and dynamic. They will have high drive and a readiness to challenge inertia, ineffectiveness, complacency or self deception and can be a proneness to irritation, provocation and impatience.

CHEAPO PROMO
I think, the easiest and the cheapest way to promote your website, product, etc is to write it onto the money (literally) and have others to look at it. If its a website URL, i am sure that at least 1 in every 100 people (hopefully) will look at it but i personally saw website address on a money bill and never got around to look at it. however, it was something like "track where this money been" kind of things.
